A proven, guided process for mom leaders who feel stretched thin, successful on paper, and tired of second-guessing everything
A proven, guided process for mom leaders who feel stretched thin, successful on paper, and tired of second-guessing everything.
I’ve been where you are.
By the time I got to work, I had already lived a whole life.
Mornings were a blur. Kids fed, dressed, out the door. Three bags on my arm, coffee in hand, already worrying about being late for an executive meeting.
I loved my career. I loved contributing and supporting my family this way.
But it felt harder than it should.
That morning, as I tried to buckle my three-year-old into her car seat, she screamed. I was rushed, stressed, already behind.
And I snapped. I swore at her.
She froze. Looked up at me. Then cried.
The guilt hit instantly. Standing there in my driveway, holding my child, one thought cut through everything:
No meeting is worth this.
In that moment, I saw it clearly.
The pressure I carried everywhere.
The constant I don’t have time.
The way my unhappiness was spilling into the moments that mattered most.
I didn’t want to quit my career.
And I didn’t want to stop being a mom.
But I couldn’t keep living this way.
That was the moment I knew something had to change and that there had to be a way to have both, without losing myself.
You don’t want more time or a different life.
You want a life that feels steady, even though it’s full.
You want to lead at work with clarity, do meaningful work, and leave at the end of the day knowing it was enough without guilt or replaying everything in your head.
You want to be present at the school concert, calm in the evenings, and actually enjoy time with your kids instead of feeling drained by it.
You don’t want to look like you’re “doing it all.”
You want to feel like you’re doing what matters.
What you don’t often say out loud is that you believe there has to be a way to have both, a career you’re proud of and a family you’re present for without constantly feeling behind.
The kind where your life feels like it belongs to you again. Where you can succeed without hardening yourself just to survive it.
You’re not chasing balance. You’re chasing peace.

The women I work with are smart, capable, and successful on paper. And they start feeling like this.
Before: Katelin lived in a constant loop of anxiety. She felt like she had to choose between being a present mom and doing well at work. Newly pregnant, the pressure only intensified. Her mind jumped to worst-case scenarios. She pushed harder, questioned herself constantly, and felt like she had to prove she could handle it all.
After: Through Her Alchemy, Katelin stopped living from fear and started leading herself differently. She no longer sees motherhood and leadership as competing roles. She feels grounded and clear when making decisions. Work no longer bleeds into everything else. She shows up calmer, more present, and more confident; at work and at home.
Before: Emily was exhausted and overwhelmed. Work felt heavy and uninspiring. She questioned whether she was even in the right role and quietly doubted her abilities. The stress didn’t stop at the office. It followed her home, leaving her drained, distracted, and frustrated with herself for not being able to “figure it out.”
After: Instead of forcing answers, Emily learned how to lead herself with clarity. She feels steady and confident again. Decisions feel simpler. Her energy has returned. She’s no longer second-guessing everything or carrying work stress into family time. She’s leading her career and her life in a way that actually feels sustainable and on her own terms.
Different stories. Same shift: learning how to lead life from the inside instead of pushing harder on the outside.

I've worked with ambitious working moms like you and I understand your hesitation. So this is what I'd say:
This isn’t about adding something new to your life.
It’s about changing how you’re carrying what’s already there so it stops feeling so heavy.
You don’t need perfect follow-through.
Even small, steady engagement creates meaningful change. This work meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
You’re capable. You always have been.
But strong leaders don’t do everything alone. They know when support helps them see more clearly.
You’re not broken.
You’re trying to live a full, demanding life using an old way of operating that no longer fits who you are now.
This isn’t about thinking positive or repeating affirmations.
It’s about how you lead yourself in real moments, real decisions, and real days.
You don’t want to quit your job or burn your life down.
But you know something needs to change and you’re tired of staying in the same place.
This is for you if:
This is deep, steady work for women who are ready to lead themselves differently and not outsource their answers.
This program is not for:
My proprietary framework is Inner Leadership Realignment™ helps mom leaders lead themselves differently inside the life they already have.
Using the Compass Method, you move through three phases: See It, Own It, Live It -- to restore clarity, self-trust, and internal steadiness.
You uncover what’s draining you, reclaim your time and energy, and release the beliefs keeping you stuck.
Instead of pushing harder, you learn to lead from calm, confidence, and alignment.
When your inner leadership shifts, stress loosens, decisions simplify, and your life starts to feel like yours again.
My proprietary framework is Inner Leadership Realignment™ helps mom leaders lead themselves differently inside the life they already have.
Using the Compass Method, you move through three phases—See It, Own It, Live It—to restore clarity, self-trust, and internal steadiness.
This phase helps you slow down and see your life clearly, without judgment or self-criticism. You’ll uncover the beliefs, expectations, and patterns shaping how you lead and live, many of them running on autopilot. As you reconnect with your values, vision, and strengths, the mental noise begins to quiet and things start to make sense again.
Here, you take your power back. You’ll identify what’s draining your energy, challenge the fears and limiting beliefs keeping you stuck, and practice setting boundaries that actually hold. This is where you stop managing everything from stress and start choosing how you show up—at work, at home, and for yourself.
This phase is about integration, not effort. You’ll learn how to lead from clarity instead of obligation, regulate stress in real time, and build daily practices that support calm, presence, and confidence. The shifts stop feeling like “work” and start feeling natural—because this way of living is now who you are.
Your commitment to leading your life differently and supporting that choice with real support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much time will this take?
I don’t have a lot of time.
That makes sense. Most women who join feel stretched thin already.
At a minimum, you can expect:
That said, this program is designed to meet you where you are.
If the only thing you can do one week is attend the coaching call, you will still get value.
If another week all you do is listen to the lesson while driving or walking, that counts.
The more you engage, the deeper the shift. But there is no “perfect” way to do this.
What if I miss a group coaching call? I can’t always commit to a set time.
You’re not expected to rearrange your life to make this work.
All group coaching calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You’ll receive the replay directly in your inbox so you can watch or listen on your own time.
Many women alternate between attending live and catching the replay, depending on the week. Both work.
Will this work? What if it doesn’t?
This is a fair question.
Everyone’s experience is different because everyone’s life is different. What I can say is this: if you show up, even imperfectly, you will get something from this.
This work isn’t about forcing an outcome. It’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself, slow the internal noise, and start making clearer decisions.
The results tend to build over time. Small shifts in how you think, lead, and respond start to change how your days feel.
How do I know if this is for me?
This is likely a fit if:
If you’re reading this and thinking, “This feels familiar,” that’s usually your answer.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy.
This is coaching and mentorship.
I guide you through a structured, repeatable process over 12 weeks that helps you realign how you’re leading yourself so your life feels steadier and more intentional.
I believe you already have the answers within you. This work helps you access them again.
There will be reflection, insight, and emotional honesty. And there will also be practical guidance and real-life application.
If you ask a direct question about career, leadership, or motherhood, I’ll share perspective and experience. What I won’t do is tell you what decision to make. That part belongs to you.
Do I have to change jobs or make a big life overhaul?
Nope. And I think you should do this 12 week program before you make any changes.
This program is for women who want to stay engaged in their careers and their families, but want it to feel different than it does right now.
We don’t burn your life down.
We work from the inside so the outside stops feeling so chaotic.
What if I don’t know what I want yet?
That’s okay. You don’t need clarity to start.
Many women come in saying, “I just know I can’t keep doing this.” or asking the question, “Should I change jobs?”, “Maybe my company is the problem?”, “Is it my boss?”
Clarity comes through the process, not before it.
What kind of support will I have?
You’ll be supported through:
You won’t be doing this alone.
30 DAYS GUARANTEE
If you join Her Alchemy and, within the first 30 days, decide it’s not the right fit for you, I’ll refund you in full.
All I ask is that you’ve genuinely participated — meaning you’ve listened to the lessons and engaged with the growth work during those first 30 days.
If you show up, do the work, and feel it’s still not for you, simply email me within the 30-day window and I’ll take care of the rest.
That's right. Each of our contractors has been certified for over 10 years.
We love what we do and it shows in our work, and on the faces of our employees.
It's your dream, we're here to help you make it. No egos included.
We work hard to reach 100% satisfaction, and won't stop until we do.
I’m not just a coach—I’ve lived this.
I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership, most recently as a Senior Director in technology at a $3B health and wellbeing company. I led teams, made high-stakes decisions, and carried the quiet, constant pressure so many women leaders know well.
I was up for a VP role when something shifted. Not because I couldn’t do it but because my dream had changed. I had figured out how to lead, be a mom, and protect my energy without losing myself. And I realized I wanted to help other women do the same.
Throughout my career, I advocated fiercely for working moms, built an internal leadership community for women in Tech, and supported change even when it wasn’t popular.
Today, I coach mom leaders, facilitate a women’s leadership group, and bring together deep corporate experience with neuroscience-based coaching and advanced leadership training.
I understand what it’s like to be capable, ambitious, and deeply tired — to love your career and your family and still feel like something isn’t working.
This work isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about leading from the inside, so your success finally feels good because if it doesn't, is it truly success?
You’re welcome to join directly and if you’d like to talk before deciding, I’d love to connect.
